Modern but still pretty empty

Luxury mall
This building below can be connected to the underground passage. Upstairs is a large shopping mall, very luxurious, on the second floor there are many restaurants.
Food and beverage outlet や Material store
It is a commercial facility that can be entered as it is from Chikaho, and occupies the basement to the 3rd floor of the Sapporo Fukoku Seimei Koshiyama Building. There are some G-Shock shops, but the main tenants are restaurants. There are quite a lot of restaurants, so I think it's easy for tourists to use.
In the restaurant of the genre 々
Among the many restaurants, my favorite is "Tokachi Izakaya Isshin" on the ２ floor. Not to mention pork bowls, Shimizu Town's specialty "Beef Toro Don" is the best recommendation! It tastes the best when you eat rice, raw wasabi and beef flakes!

You will arrive shortly after walking south from Sapporo Station. There are many restaurants in the building! There are several rest spaces next to the escalator, which is a convenient place for students to study and their wives to take a break.
