South Street Seaport Museum

The cruise we took was parked not far from the South Street Harbour Museum. You can see this museum on the boat. It is a beautiful boat. Unfortunately, we have countless time arrangements to visit.

Boarded this afternoon the US World War II carrier Dreadnought, which retired in 1974. Now berthing in New York Harbour has been developed into an aircraft carrier museum. The first time I boarded a real carrier, the first time I experienced the carrier's cockpit, the first time I went deep into the carrier's cabin. The first time I saw the real space shuttle, the first time I saw the internal structure of the return capsule. For the first time I saw all kinds of planes parked on deck.

The South Street Harbour Museum can view antiques and relics related to the United States, especially buttons, which have been collecting a lot of treasures over the years. The quiet museum can enjoy every exhibit comfortably. At the same time, there are many places where local students study various cultural relics and increase their knowledge. At the same time, Peking, an ancient bow boat, berthed outside, became the focus of the local area, and tourists enjoyed entertainment performances around.

South Street Harbour, once a busy port in New York, is now largely abandoned. In order to retain the memory of the harbour, an old-fashioned house beside the Titanic Memorial Lighthouse was used to build the Harbour Museum. Together with the historical block of the South Street Harbour, it tells visitors about the past glory here, which is worth visiting.
