You should come from the end of April to the beginning of May.
A park just ahead of the vast Senjojiki where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Sea of Japan. It's a park where you can see 18,000 azaleas, but the azaleas are in full bloom from the end of April to the beginning of May, so there was nothing to see during my visit in October. I visited because I thought it was just the atmosphere, but I could see a huge windmill at the Hioki wind power plant.
