The President's company is located in the Independence Palace, next to the Independence Square, which is opposite the passenger center. But it is smaller than that of Washington. The presidential palace was a government agency during the Civil War. It was also a candidate city for the capital, and then moved to Washington.
It's not so much the presidential palace as the ruins. This place was demolished as early as the 19th century! Later it became a public toilet! Only recently has it been rediscovered and reorganized. The foundation has been excavated and the outline of the house has been simply surrounded on the ground as a memorial.
