Not as nice as it used to be.

Like someone else said in their review, it’s very sad now. Hardly any shops left. A few chain restaurants mostly. The river is pretty , so it’s really a shame it isn’t thriving anymore.

"The River" in Rancho Mirage has become a complete dump in the past year or so. More than half the stores are now empty, the grounds are un-kept ... and worst of all, the water "stream" and water pond...

Shopping and dining destination

We ate here three times on vacation.Cheesecake Factory,Babes and Yarde House.Food was very good at all places.

QUIET, TRANQUIL.

I always have a good time here. Quiet, mostly places to eat now. I miss Forever 21. However, I love coming here even if there is not much to do. Nice vibe.
