Tianjin Yangliuqing Wood New Year Picture Museum

Yangliuqing Museum is located in the Shijia Courtyard of Yangliuqing, a thousand-year-old town. It is a late Qing residential complex known as the "first house in North China". It was built in 1875. Two years later, the main building was completed, and then it was continuously expanded and demolished. Until 1923, Shijia moved away, and the construction was accumulated for nearly 50 years. Only built a large mansion covering more than 6,000 square meters, 15 courtyards, and 278 houses. After Shijia moved away, the compound began to decay. During the Kuomintang period, the army stationed in the compound many times, and it was demolished and destroyed. After the Cultural Revolution, the compound was completely unrecognized. Repair began in 1987, after six years, invested 5.6 million yuan, opened as the Yangliuqing Museum in 1992.

At the end of 1948, Yang Liuqing was liberated, and the hospital was nationalized as a Tianjin special office. Liu Qingshan and Zhang Zishan used to work here. Tianjin District Committee moved out in 1956. The hospital has been used as a school building until 1987. At the end of 1991, the Shijia Courtyard was officially opened as the "Tianjin Yangliuqing Museum", and is now a municipal cultural relics protection unit, and is a Tianjin patriotic education base, youth education base, film and television shooting base.

In the beautiful ancient town of Yangliuqing in Tianjin, in addition to the famous Shijia Courtyard, Yangliu Youth Painting is one of the major classics.
