Toyohira Shrine

Toyohira Shrine is located near Sapporo Park, along National Highway 36. The shrine is usually very quiet, and few people walk around, but from the fact that it is covered with various prayer boards about schoolwork and love, it can be seen that it is very popular with local people, especially young people. It is very crowded during the worship period. Many people will make wishes to the gods here, praying for good health and fulfillment of their wishes. There will be an antiques and flea market on the fourth Sunday between April and September, and there will be some old things full of memories here. During the cherry blossom season, pink and white cherry blossoms add a touch of bright color to the quaint shrine, making it more beautiful and elegant.
