    Very disappointed

    I came in for SUBTLE highlights. I literally said to my beautician “”I don’t want anything too dramatic. Nothing‘blonde blonde’.” AND I showed her a picture!!! She pretty much bleached my whole head...

    Julie was amazing with my hair. I also had a mani/pedi which I had a gift card for. They relied to charge me $465 for highlights, cut, and color. I also bought $40 of merchandise but $400 to get my ha...

    Do not trust them!!!

    I understand that people make mistakes - that was why I did not complain when I new hire left an insane amount of bruises after xeomin. I even went back to her a second time - and this was even worse...
