What travelers say:

Historical Route 66 loneliness starts with Kingman, a few cactus in western movies grow on the desert landscape of Arizona, a small transit city rises in the desert, long-distance truck drivers and travelers will stay for a short night, the town is very small, so Kingman is like It's a cloudy distance from the beginning of Kingman, and it's been climbing. Williams' altitude is unconsciously 2000 meters, so the whole town is still in winter snow. It's just 2 hours from Kingman to Williams. It's from 1,000 meters. The altitude of 2,000 meters has been raised. Even the noon sun can't melt the snow on the roadside. The original plan was to stop in the afternoon and drive directly to Tusyan (the town where the Grand Canyon belongs) which takes an hour. But I saw a lot of guides and said that Williams is the most town-like place on Route 66 and the motel in Tussian is twice as expensive as here. With a nice name like Wiliiams, I chose to stay in this beautiful place for one night, although for tomorrow. We had to go to the Grand Canyon to see the sunrise an hour early and go dark, but this town didn't disappoint us because we all already liked it.
