We lived close to the park and rode through it often. The scenery around the paved path was beautiful... often saw deer, groundhog, and lots of ducks and geese. The golf course is now closed due to high water levels earlier this year. There are many football fields and stadiums and 2 ice rinks. This is a park in Canloupe with good places everywhere, 4 km walk or ride around the park for a week.

It is a park surrounded by the North Thompson River into an island, very close to the city. There are several football fields inside, a good place to exercise and walk. There is also a specially built skateboarding venue where you can walk with wild ducks, crows, and seagulls to form a harmonious picture.
