The cathedral was built in 1880s in Greco Roman style and It was restored after second world war. The church is quite pretty as well. There is no entry fee.
An important location, especially for the Orthodox population in Dobrogea.
The main Orthodox church in Dobrogea has an interesting history and is worth visiting even if you are not an Orthodox Christian. You will find a lot of peace and quiet!
