What people are saying:

About 5 kilometers north from Danba County, buy 50 yuan tickets (self-driving tourists staying in Jiaju Zangzhai can get a 20% discount with the order, and can pick up and drive up the mountain by themselves), and reach the No. 1 Observation Deck via the seven or eight kilometers mountain road , More than 200 Tibetan villages with a unified style, built on the hillside facing the sun, are splendid and magnificent. The sky is blue, the clouds are light, and the wind is light... And Danba’s watchtowers are mostly relics of the Qing Dynasty’s battles in Jinchuan. As part of the Tibetan houses, they witness the relationship between daily life and war. The visual perfect combination between the Diaolou and the Tibetan village is truly pleasing to the eyes.

Additional Information

Jiaju Zangzhai is located in Danba County, Ganzi Prefecture. It is a Tibetan dwelling village with Jiabao Tibetan characteristics. Playing in the Tibetan village, the panoramic view on the hillside opposite the stockade is quite spectacular. After entering the Tibetan village, only a scattered Tibetan-style building can be seen. There is a layer of livestock in the bottom of the building. In turn, there are pots and pans, living rooms, halls and furniture, and some buildings also have balconies. The white walls are painted with sun, moon and stars and religious patterns, beautiful and spectacular.
