欲飞的鸟[Dege Sutra Printing House] Located in Dege County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, it enjoys the prestigious titles of "Encyclopedia of Tibetan Culture", "Bright Cultural Pearl in Tibetan Areas", and "Treasure House under the Snow Mountain". Its full name is "Tibetan Culture". Treasure Dege Sutra Printing House Dafa Library Auspicious Multiple Doors", also known as "Dege Auspicious Juhui Courtyard", was built in the seventh year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty (1729), with a total area of about 5,000 square meters and a building area of nearly 3,000 Square meters, with a total construction area of more than 9,000 square meters, it is the same ancient Tibetan building with a four-story pavilion. The name of the courtyard was inscribed by Master Zhao Puchu. As the first of the three major printing houses in Tibet, the Dege Sutra Printing Institute contains more than 830 various classics of Tibetan culture and more than 300,000 woodcut scriptures. It is known as the "World Tibetan Language Think Tank". It was established by the State Council in 1996. It is listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit. In 2009, as a traditional technique, the "Engraving and Printing Techniques of Dege Printing Institute" was included in the Representative List of Human Intangible Cultural Industries by UNESCO.
