Photos of Jiegao Border Trade Economic Zone

Jiegao Border Trade Zone is located on the southeast bank of Ruili River, 4 kilometers away from Ruili City. The east, south and north sides are connected to Mujie City, the main foreign trade port of Myanmar. Jiegao means old city in Dai language. According to legend, in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasty , Luchuan Wang Si once built the capital here, hence the name. The China-Myanmar Friendship Street is located on the side of the Jiegao-China-Myanmar border close to China. In March 1991, Myanmar also built a Myanmar-style commercial store here.
