This was my first trip to Denver and the first place we ate dinner was The Post. It was pretty busy and we had to wait but it was worth the wait. We had the meatloaf and the fried chicken. Both were outstanding but the meatloaf (which was made from buffalo) was by far the best! I highly recommend it.
