尹泡喵This is a restoration and reconstruction on the original site under the guidance of the Archaeology Department of the University of Otago, recreating the living style of the Chinese gold prospectors back then. This Chinese settlement was next to Arrowtown, and there are still people living nearby, but it feels a little sad when entering the ruins. The Chinese people back then were really hard-working. Such houses seem to make people feel so sad. Sad.
王海娃子The museum is a place where the local humanities and history are explained. In addition to the history of the Maori, a lot of pen and ink was spent here to tell the scenes of the local gold rush and the bitter life of the Chinese workers!
Pippa VagueThe Arrow River is straddled by no less than five bridges. To get the most out of it I'd recommend hiring a bike to do this trail just to cover a bit more ground but if you want to walk its just as beautiful. There are a few cafes, wineries and things to see along the way so make sure you allow a full day for it. You won't be disappointed - the scenery is just gorgeous!
Nicole LythcottAn absolutely beautiful park, perfect for those who prefer more relaxing activities. Stroll through and admire the nature, or play a game of frisbee golf throughout the park. Whatever you do, the park will be a lovey backdrop
There are many beautiful towns and natural scenery around Queenstown, and tourists, who want to choose 2 or 3 places for travel according to the own preference, would select the Queenstown as the base.
