西溪老翁Texas Capitol Plaza
The Texas State Capitol is on a hillside in downtown Austin. The Capitol looks like the U.S. Capitol, but the color is light brown. There are many monuments and various sculptures around the Capitol to commemorate major historical events in Texas history, the previous world wars and civil wars that Texas participated in, and some historical buildings. The governor's residence is also nearby.
love is blueIf you are not from the south, summer can get very hot in Texas. I always recommend people who are not in town to take a bath in Barton Hot Springs. This is funny, because...the door is not ready, how cold Barton Hot Spring is actually. They usually don't realize there are algae and mucus at the bottom until they step into the hot spring. Naked upper body is allowed, if you don't expect it, it is always surprising! Naked upper body bathing, when it gets very hot outside, this is a cheap place to bring your children. You can bring blankets and floats. Children can also choose to explore the shallows at the end of the pool, where they can play around. Bring cash to pay for parking and entrance fees. Remember, refrigeration equipment is not allowed!
davidnewtonMcKinney Falls State Park, more than 20 kilometers outside of Austin, the capital of Texas, is a great place for camping and hiking. A clear stream in the park runs through the entire park, forming two waterfalls with a small drop on two huge rocks. Flowing water carved many strange holes in the stone, forming a very characteristic landscape.
