New_York_GossipThis time I only have two days in Acadia, which is a bit tight. Especially Acadia has many trails worth hiking, such as the thrilling Precipice Trail and Beehive Trail. If you have enough time, you can also spend half a day in Arcadia Kayaking or boat tour, it will be very comfortable if you want to come. There is also an officially organized free Ranger Program in the park. The staff will take you around the park. The timetable can be found on the official website. With rocky coastlines, lush forests, mirror-like lakes, towering mountains, shell beaches and deep fjords, this is Acadia National Park
clever虎仔The Portland lighthouse that often appears on Maine postcards is located at Cape Elizabeth. When we drove there, the park was closed for only half an hour, but it did not affect the magnificence of the lighthouse and the pure air. I regret that the museum did not have time. Visit
大姐小露開心果Acadia National Park is located in the southwest of Bar Harbor, Maine. It is the oldest national park in the United States. Although it is only 198 square kilometers, it has the most diverse landscapes. From coastal lakes and alpine icy terrain to giant granite and other beautiful and mysterious natural scenery, the seasons are different. Therefore, it is ranked as one of the most popular national parks in the United States. Breathing the cold air in the early autumn morning. We shuttled through the forest trails to search for the colors of autumn. It took a lot of effort to climb the Cadillac Mountain 180 degrees without dead spots. It’s a worthwhile trip~
sculptorMount Desert Island (Mount Desert Island) is the location of Acadia National Park in the United States, including the highest point of Cadillac Mountain within 40 kilometers of the eastern coast of the United States. Bagang (Bar Harbor) on the northeast coast of the desert island is a popular resort town.

Organized as a long bar that faces the water to the west, the Camden Hills to the north and untouched berry bushes and fern meadows to the east, it includes a main house, a small guest house, and a custom designed fully screened porch that links the two. This porch, which creates a shared exterior room and frames views to the ocean and landscape, extends the profile of the roofline to tie the two houses together. The screen porch system was especially designed by the architects for this setting to take advantage of the beauty of Maine's evenings, perfect for long conversations with family and friends, late dinners and stargazing, but within a protective screened enclosure. The screens are removed seasonally, leaving only the slender metal frame in the winter. The exterior of the house is clad in silvery cedar shingles that were locally crafted in a small, family-run mill in Maine.
We went to the NPS.org website to make a reservation for the park. We paid our 6$ fee for the reservation and downloaded the QR code. We are seniors so we already had our National Park passes so those were no charge. You must pay a $30 fee to gain entrance and down load that as well. Check this since this may change. Entering the park was simple and we drove to the summit. There were several turn off areas for viewing on the way up. Make sure you are in these areas and not just on the side of the road. Once reaching the summit there is a small visitor center and restrooms. The view is excellent but remember to stay on the approved pathways. There are several hiking trails through out the park for all ability levels. Make sure to bring water and good shoes. It was a very enjoyable day.
Maine is a state in the New England region of the Northeastern United States, bordered by New Hampshire to the west; the Atlantic Ocean to the southeast; and the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Quebec to the northeast and northwest, respectively. Maine is the 12th-smallest by area, the 9th-least populous, and the 13th-least densely populated of the 50 U.S. states. It is also the northeasternmost among the contiguous United States, the northernmost state east of the Great Lakes, and the only state to border only one other state. Maine is known for its jagged, rocky coastline; low, rolling mountains; heavily forested interior; picturesque waterways; and its seafood cuisine, especially lobster and clams. There is a humid continental climate throughout most of the state, including coastal areas. Its most populous city is Portland, and its capital is Augusta.

Long-haul flights may be a bit tiring, but you get to see the stars, moon, sunrise, and sunset all on the same flight, just make sure you get the window seat! 😉

Just like a post card! This picturesque site on Cape Elizabeth is a great place to walk and site seeing. Glad I was able to finally visit this place!
it’s an amazing place for morning walk and meditation.I really enjoyed the fresh air and it’s not an overcrowded place.Beautiful sunrise ♥️
Bar Harbor is a beautiful little costal town nestled right up against the water. The town is small enough to be easily walked or explored on a bike. We had fresh lobster and went on a whale watching cruise while we were in town.
