Our second visit to this resort in Haitang Bay, not as fancy as the newest places but very well maintained and has a lovely atmosphere. Maybe more targeted at families than couples but the location is great and has one of the more beautiful beaches in front of the bay. BBQ night is great quality and value.
The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the design shows its little age but the general sense of convenience and taste is good. Most of the staff as expected have very little English but they are friendly and helpful. In our case after a booking nightmare thanks to CTRIP (to be avoided) and arriving three hours late (thank you China air traffic control!!) "Hannah" at the front desk went out of her way to upgrade us and to look after us (Hospitality skills in China are often lacking but he is great).
Flying for 14,000 kilometers, driving a six-hour car, exposed to the sun for five hours, in order to participate in the carnival. The three-and-a-half-hour uninterrupted float parade made me marvel at the size of the Mazatlan Carnival. This is the third largest carnival in the world after the Rio Carnival and the New Orleans Carnival. This year's carnival lasts from February 28th to March 6th. Every day, there are various activities of all kinds, big and small. The climax of the event was a parade of floats. At the moment, the whole city was boiling, and the atmosphere was warm. The handsome guy in Mexico once saw enough. Which one do you like the most?
The Mazatlan Carnival
is the third biggest carnival after the Rio Carnival and the Orleans Carnival. I didn't believe it before. After attending a carnival fireworks meeting, I believed. More than a dozen kilometers of Binhai Avenue has no place to go. Tens of thousands of people squeezed on the road that couldn't get in and out. Everyone was like a sardine in a can, and couldn't control the direction in which they traveled. The fireworks are beautiful, but the moment I came out from the inside, I actually had the feeling of the rest of my life.
