288***50Manship is a businessman who was mayor of Jackson during the Civil War. The house has been the property of the Jackson family until it was sold to the state government in 1975. It is now a museum and decorated as a middle-class family in the 19th century. There are many old trees around the house and the environment is very good.

288***50This is an old house, built in the early 19th century. It used to be a hospital for the Northern Army during the Civil War, so it survived the fire that destroyed Jackson without any damage. You can visit inside, but there are not many things to see. The statue of Andrew Jackson outside the door is pretty.

288***50This place should be said to be a children's activity center. It is very large. There are many hands-on activities in it. Older children can also rock climbing. What is particularly impressive is that there are some small-scale barns and other buildings for children to experience.

After the construction of the new parliament building in the early 20th century, it ceased to be used and later became a museum.
