Zoo
VinayaAn amazing enclosure indeed! All animals seem well taken care of, and the entire area is gorgeous and well planned out. The only downside is that some of the local people seem to not understand that these are the pandas homes, clapping and shouting at the pandas to get them to turn around or wake up. Extremely rude! I wonder how these people would feel if I entered their homes and did the same to them! The reason it loses a star though, is because the people at their shops told me they could deliver whatever we bought to our homes. So we bought a bunch of dolls and decided to have it sent to our home in Shenyang, rather than carry them around. One week later we are back home, and nothing arrived. when I followed up with them, they 'replied with a 'thank you for understanding, your items are on their way now'. We expressly asked them to send the stuff though immediately, and wanted to pay for them in advance. But they told me not to worry about it. So where're all the stuff we bought? Currently still at the store at the centre. I'd suggest to skip the first enclosure and move on to the next because there are always clusters of people at the first ones. Bring good walking shoes because the place is enormous!

Lake
Gaviota798The water was spectacular. The park was a great experience. Recommend walking along the outside paths as there are hardly any people otherwise it’s packed and hard to walk. (July 2021.)

Water Conservancy Project
E32***63The place is very big. I suggest for visitors to cater at least half a day to walk the entire place and also to engage a guide at the entrance to explain the history of Dujiangyan irrigation system.

CoreybBakerGo in via the east gate and take the cave walk!! it’s the best part of the whole park. They will make you pay again to get into the giant Buddha area (west side) it’s full of tourists and the line was about 50 minutes to see the statue. East side of the wins no tourists no lines and no noise. photos are all from the east.
