暝逝Since Showa 18, that is, since 1943, Mt. Usu, located on the shore of Lake Toya, has undergone many volcanic activities, which caused the bottom layer to bulge and form a new mountain named Showa Shinzan. This is one of the two active volcanoes of Lake Toya. The white smoke emitted from the mountain is the source of the clouds and mist of Lake Toya. This mountain is located on the south bank of Lake Toya. The bay to the south is the Pacific Ocean and Lake Toya is to the north. There are ranches at the foot of the mountain to raise bears, which are roughly similar to Noboribetsu Bear Ranch, but it’s closer to the people. Bears are better bred, and they will be eaten by tourists...

Ornamental Hot spring
小优优酱There are many hot spring hotels in Lake Toya. Lake Toya is also very beautiful! The hotel we stayed at was Toya Sanbe リゾート&スパ. This is the favorite hotel of this trip to Hokkaido! (Although my fellow friends said they like Noboribetsu Onsen Hotel) The hotel is very large and new, with tatami mats and beds. On the 4th floor is a luxurious suite with a small sky garden. The hot springs of Toya サンパレス リゾート&スパ are not purely natural, but there are semi-open-air hot springs, you can see Lake Toya, very beautiful, the hot springs are semi-open-air. When I went to bath in the evening, they were all Chinese and Korean (you can't see anything at night, only a little light in the distance). When I went to the hot spring at 6 in the morning, they were all Japanese. (It is really interesting to watch the sunrise, because there are too many people, so I am embarrassed. I took a photo, and the scenery is similar to the scenery in the photo.) Hokkaido is still very cold in October. It is recommended to go to the hot springs and wrap a big towel. Chair beside. The food in the hotel is also very delicious, and there are shows. The food here is super delicious, and I gained a full five catties from the trip to Hokkaido, but the desserts at this hotel are really delicious! The hotel’s bathrobes are also beautiful. After the performance, there will be a fireworks display, but compared with the largest fireworks display in Japan-Suwa Fireworks Display, the fireworks of Lake Toya are pitiful. But the interesting thing is that the boat will drive to the front of the hotel to stop. The hotel also has a waterfall, which is the water flowing from the hot spring.

暝逝Mount Yotei is located on the north side of Toya Lake, west of the ski paradise Niseko Park. It is known as Mount Fuji in Hokkaido. It mainly looks like a double volcano. The mountain is stably accumulated by lava, and it is beautiful and symmetrical. The degree should be considered the forefront in the world. Compared to the Philippines’ Mayon volcano, which is known as the world’s most perfect volcanic cone, Japanese volcanoes have snow on the tops due to their latitude, and lower latitude volcanoes have more color.

Volcano
暝逝Usu volcano is actually the name of the volcanic group around Lake Toya. It also refers to Mount Usu in a narrow sense. As the oldest volcano in the vicinity, Usu volcano is still active for a long time, and its activities often have significant results. Of course, it means that the volcanoes have been added. For example, Meiji Xinshan, Shaohe Xinshan, Zhu Xinshan, etc. Compared with the frequent activities of the smoker, the advantage of Zhushan is that you can climb up to see the smoke from the rocks, but in general, it is still better to come here. Look at Lake Toya.

Toyako Travel Tips

About Toyako

Toyako Lake is located in the southwestern part of Hokkaido and belongs to the Tozan National Park. The volcano erupted frequently in the early 20th century and formed the lake after it was trapped. Because Donghu Lake is relatively wide, the outer mountain is relatively low from the lake, only 200 to 500 meters, so it gives a very broad feeling. Near the lakeshore is the Showa Shinzan, a new terrain that was raised in the fault caused by the earthquake in 1943, and still emits white smoke. There is the famous Toyako Onsen on the caldera lake, which is one of the few hot spring resorts in Hokkaido.
