Transform the journey into a healing experience for body and mind. It's no longer about the anxiety of rushing to a certain destination, but about letting your legs carry your soul aimlessly. Make the most of the good times, leaving all the daily worries behind in the winds of the mountains and seas. Those work-related anxieties and interpersonal weariness seem so insignificant in this vast天地 (heaven and earth), scattered by a gust of wind. The mountains unfold before my eyes like a painting, their layered peaks resembling the wet brushstrokes of a traditional Chinese ink painter, perfectly balanced in shades. I wander aimlessly, becoming a part of the painting, without a specific posture or deliberate expression, simply existing purely. Every cobblestone I step on catches the weight of life within me. The leisurely air seeping through, the uneven texture spreading from the soles of my feet, felt like the earth massaging me, gently easing my tense nerves. I felt my breathing become in sync with the mountain breeze, deep and even. Each exhale emptied my body of stale air, followed by a breath of crisp, clear air. This healing didn't come from any specific ritual, but from this aimless walking, from surrendering myself to nature. Here, time lost its power to destroy; I was merely a passerby wandering through the mountains and waters, stealing half a day of leisure, letting my soul slowly cool and settle on the bluestone slabs, ultimately returning to a simple tranquility.
