A mixture of cultures mingle amongst the slopes of a traditional Tibetan village.

Yubeng is the highest village on Meili Snow Mountain. It is also one of the villages closest to the snow mountain. Steps in the Yubeng route 1️⃣Shangri-La-Deqin Feilai Temple bus 67 yuan, if you stop at Deqin Bus Terminal, then take a taxi to Feilai Temple, about 20 yuan, stay near Feilai Temple 2️⃣ Feilai Temple 8 in the morning : There is a shuttle bus to Xidang Village around 20, 20 yuan per person, carpooling is also 20, if you can’t fight for people, you will have to spend more per person, chartered 120-150. 3️⃣Xidang Village has a choice, 📌 walk to Yubeng 6-8 hours, 12 kilometers uphill, 6 kilometers downhill, and the mountain road is rugged and has to climb. You can try if you have good physical strength. 📌There are special vehicles for scenic spots, all off-road vehicles, because other vehicles can't go, and private cars won't let you in. 🎫 To reach Yakou 150 (12 kilometers uphill as mentioned above), then you have to walk downhill 6 kilometers. 🎫To 200 in Shangyubeng Village, most people choose this. 🎫To Xiayubeng Village 260, this is not necessary, from Shangyubeng to Xiayubeng 1.5 kilometers, walk 20 minutes. It takes 40 minutes to get down to the top.

"Historically, it has been connected to the outside world only through a ramp, and there was no road before. There were two ramps in the direction of Nino and West Dang in the direction of Rainbow, and West Dang is more convenient, requiring walking or riding a raft, 12 km uphill, 6 km downhill and over 3,700 m across the ramp." The road is open (260 yuan per person per way), but it is dangerous and expensive, it is not recommended to take the bus into the rainbow.

The development of Yubeng is very mature, and the accommodation conditions are very good. The room has a separate sanitary shower, you can take a hot bath, and there is an electric blanket in cold weather. The room is quite clean. The inn has its own restaurant, mainly Sichuan cuisine, which tastes good and the price is not expensive. Wake up early on the third day to see Jinshan in the sunshine. After breakfast, we set off to the ice lake. The round-trip 24 kilometers are all mountain roads. They are basically dirt roads. Some sections are narrow, steep and slippery. There is a viewing platform and it is great to see the snow-capped mountains. Back to Shangyubeng Village, took the luggage and walked 1 kilometer to the accommodation in Xiayubeng Village. On the fourth day, I got up early in the morning. In the morning, I walked 9 kilometers back and forth to the pilgrimage to the God Waterfall. The road ahead is easy to walk, and the back 2 kilometers is a continuous upward slope. It is a gravel road with a relatively large slope. After worshipping the waterfall, remember to walk to the God Under the waterfall, let the water of the god waterfall wash the soul. In the afternoon, starting from Xiayubeng Village, walk through the Ninong Grand Canyon, about 23 to 24 kilometers. The whole journey is basically downhill. The altitude drops a lot. The mule road is not easy to walk. It is dangerous. One side is a cliff and the other is deep. The bottom of the valley, the Yubeng River passes through the valley bottom, dirt roads, gravel roads, the roads are narrow, some roads are only 40-50 cm wide, and there are no guardrails throughout. It is recommended for people with acrophobia, low blood sugar, and low physical strength. Okay, don’t go to the Ninong Grand Canyon if there is a high level of opposition, honestly go through the Zongya Pass in Vietnam, and return to Xidang Hot Spring on the same road. Cross the gorge, arrive in the countryside of Nepal, take a car to stay in Shangri-La, and in the evening you can stroll around the ancient city of Dukezong and turn around the super-large prayer wheel. On the fifth day, we will return to Lijiang and go to Tiger Leaping Gorge on the way. We will hike for a section of Tiger Leaping. You can walk all the way down from Teacher Zhang’s Inn to the bottom of the valley, along the Jinsha River. If you can't go to heaven, then go to Yubeng.
