Blue Rain

This restaurant focuses on creative Chinese food, the dishes are relatively novel, it is worth punching in.

On business trip I went to this place around 11pm and found very good service. I had a bbq mixed grill I must say this was exactly what I needed. The meat (lamb chicken and something else) had a smoked flavour due to spices or to some burning wood (my guess) that was really interesting. Served with vegetables and various sauces (hummus and other) which really made me believe I was in Lebanon. And finallly this place has a really good location of the tables I found it really relaxing (but put Wi-Fi outside please) Ok maybe not 5 stars but I think this place deserves 4.5. stars for sure!

Having been to Dubai quite a few times I have never been here before, the hotel we stayed this time was just 300 yards away tucked away in a corner within the Crowne Plaza hotel, but what a treasure find this was! The atmosphere, the service, the customers, the staff all add to the absolute awesomeness (that might not be a word) of this place, loads of TV&#39;s showing anytime of sport you want to watch, the drinks are very reasonable and it&#39;s happy hour forever!! We ate here tonight and the food was fantastic, the buffalo wings and the HUGE cheese burger are a must. I cannot speak highly enough of the place you have to visit to experience it for yourself, look deep inside the Crowne Plaza to find it.

Every time I&#39;ve gone to Al Fresco I&#39;ve been impressed with the food and service and the value for money. Most recently I got the Chicken cordon bleu dish, it was very fresh and well flavoured. Their pasta dishes are all fantastic especially the lobster pasta and the chicken with mushrooms. My friend had the pork belly and it was perfectly tender. The wine also well priced for a restaurant in Dubai. We had a lovely bottle of Pinot Grigio for 180AED.
