Beautiful walk or ride
It has a fabulous route around the river that can be cycled or walked. It is well worth it and you can even stop for a picnic at several spots.
Not a very pretty River it well looked after by the Lions club
Easy walk and nice and peaceful. Some bird life buzzing around like Eastern rosellas and blue wrens. There are picnic shelters and seats at one end of the park.

Macquarie River
Visited on Monday 3rd February. We were staying nearby and went for a walk along the river, there are good walking tracks and even an exercise area if you want to use it.
