It was almost dark when I arrived at Xixiangchi in Mount Emei, and I felt tired, so I stayed and rested. Admire the view near the Elephant Pool. The scenery around Xixiangchi Observation Deck is very good, you can see the depths of the canyon here. The place at Xiangchi Yeyue looks so artistic, but unfortunately it rained in the evening, and I couldn't see Xiangchi Yeyue. How do the words "Xiang Chi Yeyue" look like Chi Jiayue? The location marked on Ctrip is wrong. This attraction is near Xixiangchi.

The best place to watch the moon in Mount Emei is Xixiangchi.
Xiangchi Yeyue, formerly known as Chuxi Pavilion, means that when visitors come here, they think that they are about to reach the top, and I feel happy. Since this place is a must for tourists, the state invested in building four guest houses outside the temple in 1982, making it one of the great temples in the mountains. The spiritual and savage macaques unique to Mount Emei are often seen in this area, and the numbers are too large to be easily ignored. Aggressive monkeys here often grab food from tourists. Remember to zip your backpack and don’t carry white or other bright-colored backpacks. Mineral water bottles are also placed in your schoolbags. Please avoid monkeys when encountering groups of monkeys. If you are alone, please speak softly. Pass by quietly in a whisper. Remember, all macaques are not afraid of bamboo poles, do not molest macaques for no reason, stay away from old and young monkeys. The behavior of monkeys is completely unpredictable (so you have to buy insurance only when you go up the mountain. There are always some tourists who will feed or take pictures of monkeys up close).
Xixiangchi takes more than two hours from Leidongping. There are no other attractions along the way, but there are many service agencies that can replenish energy and food. If you are a hiker, you have a lot of time and you can live in Xixiangchi at a very cheap price.
