After an early breakfast, went for a walk through the park. Very nice on a sunny morning with the autumn colours and lots of squirrels running around! The War Memorial is worth a visit.
On 100th day of lockdown I visited the Northernhay Garden war memorial, standing at the Queen street end of the gardens it is dedicated to the memory of those who fell in the Second World War. 1939-19...
Centre of Gardens which are now 407 years old! A fitting memorial to those lost in the Great War of 1914-1918.
Walking through Exeter's Northernhay park, its hard to miss the War memorial. Sadly yet another statue to wars.
