It's not everyday in Erfurt that I come across a meal that makes my whole day. This place did. I had the Kapsa and my partner had the Gemischter platter. The rice on the Kapsa was chocked full of herbs, spices, and nuts. It was amazing. The Gemischter platter was like 5 different taste sensations all surrounded by the most beautiful home made bread. If you're looking for something different, authentic, and delicious in Erfurt, come here.
We had Alpatraa stumbled upon Elfurt and a small lunch visit for us. It was immediately clear that we all had dinner here. When visually similar Turkish dishes, it was completely different flavors and ingredients.
I just had one dish here...amazing teller with less meat but colorful and tasty stuffs decorated on my plate. felafel, purple raddish, flat bread and some meat blended with soft sourness, spice and sweet flavors. The best part is the ambiance and hot mint tea served.
