Wynwood has emerged as THE place to visit when in Miami. We had only a few hours left in Miami and decided to see this part of town - definitely not enough! Awesome graffitis, art galleries, craft cocktails, hipster bars, coffee shops and boutique shopping all around. There is quite some choice for lunch and we were lucky to have spotted R House, a Bar-Restaurant-Gallery, where we had a great meal. The inside walls of this stylish place are decorated with paintings from various artists (available for purchase), outside a nice, calm terrace with graffitis on the back wall. We&#39;ve very much enjoyed the tuna tartar on avocado, followed by their signature burger. For sure a place we&#39;ll return too, also for evening drinks.

The Asian fusion dishes, the octopus balls inside taste very good, and there are things similar to the sandwich, the price is quite expensive, the American Asian dishes are not cheap, the breakfast poached eggs are good.

This restaurant is good, designed similar to Taiwan&#39;s teppanyaki, everyone sits down at a long table, the black pepper steak inside is very good, hot, snacks are well done, a bit like a cockroach.

American rural cuisine, also belongs to a style, the salad platter inside is good, the roast beef is large, enough for a family of three, and there are similar Indian dishes, very distinctive.

Excellent drinks (especially the strawberry mule) and Skirt Steak with wasabi mashed potatoes. Other dishes very good but not cooked in the same level. The ambiance is also excellent, covered with art pieces. Service was great.

I was very excited to go to R House. Upon arrival, the place is really interesting. The art is cool, the decor is hip...you expect to have a good time. The food was decent and I&#39;d eat here again---but then, we got to the bar. My drink of choice is a Bacardi and Diet Coke. As such, I know when I&#39;m not served Bacardi and have, when necessary, called bars out on it. Unfortunately, when I suggested that what I had been served was not what I had ordered, an annoyed bartender responded. I later ordered another drink (leaving my entire glass full) and watched like a hawk while they made it. Still, not Bacardi. I can only conclude that they have taken the time to fill their brand name bottles with non-brand name liquor. While I recognize that some may construe my complaint as petty, I think the bigger issue is the reception I got from the complaint. The bartender should&#39;ve tried to correct the problem. She didn&#39;t and instead extended an attitude that makes me never want to return to this hip place. It&#39;s a shame because I really wanted to like it. And for the record, I was with a party of 10+ and had every rum drinker taste my drink and they were all grossed out. Stick with wine if you go here and you probably won&#39;t have a problem. Otherwise, place was cool, bathrooms were clean and service (by our waitress) was great. Bar staff----not so much.
