Tickets can be refunded 2 hours before driving. The ticket refund rules for train tickets are as follows: no refund fee will be charged if the ticket is refunded more than 15 days (excluding) before the train starts; 5% of the ticket price will be charged if the ticket is more than 48 hours before the train starts at the station, 10% of the ticket price will be charged if the ticket is more than 24 hours or less than 48 hours, 20% of the ticket price will be charged if the ticket is less than 24 hours. In the period of 48 hours to 15 days before the train starts, if the ticket is returned 15 days before the train starts, 5% of the refund fee will still be charged.
Refund is free 15 days before the departure time of the ticket station, 5 [%] if the ticket is more than 48 hours before the departure time of the ticket station, 10 [%] if the ticket is more than 24 hours or less than 48 hours, 20 [%] if the ticket is less than 24 hours.
