Daqingshan Victory Breakthrough Memorial Hall is located in the tourist area of the birthplace of "Yimeng Mountain Minor" in Tianmeng Scenic Area, Feixian County, at the foot of Daqing Mountain. The breakout of Daqing Mountain in Yimeng, Shandong took place in November 1941. Most of our personnel trapped in the encirclement of the enemy were non-combatants. Only the Fifth Brigade of the First Branch of the Anti-Daqing Branch was an armed student team. Under the command of Zhou Chunquan, the principal of the first branch of the Anti-Japanese War, first seized the commanding heights to block the enemy and cover the breakthrough of more than 5,000 leaders and unarmed personnel. During the breakout, he suffered heavy losses. Nearly a thousand people, including Chen Ming, deputy director and secretary-general of the Shandong Provincial War Trade Union, and international friend Hans Heber, died heroically.
In that tragic breakout battle, the anti-Japanese military and civilians demonstrated in the struggle, not afraid of powerful enemies, not afraid of sacrifice, firm belief, and great spirit of loyalty to the party, which will shine through the ages and will be recorded forever in history. Only 23-year-old beautiful talented woman Xin Rui and her husband Chen Ming and other heroes died in this battle.
