Every dish was well made, almost impeccable. My favorite is the sour and sweet small rib, which I still miss after returning home.
Every dessert is very delicious, with precise sweetness and rich taste.
[Environment] The environment is small and exquisite, and the candlelight and thoughtful service are very suitable for a date.
[Service] The service staff are very enthusiastic and humorous. Because I always go alone, they will chat with you frequently and ask you if you like each dish. I drank Irish coffee here for the first time. The bartender said: I feel a little pressure. I hope it won’t be the last time you drink it. As a result, after that, I drank countless Irish coffees, but they were not as good as this one.

This is a very famous restaurant in Cork, which mainly sells pork ribs of various flavors. The environment of the restaurant is very elegant, and the decoration is very aristocratic. The pork ribs here are especially recommended to be roasted, which are very crispy and delicious.
This restaurant is a favorite place for carnivores. It is a barbecue steak restaurant. Whether it is steak or pork chop, they use honey spices, which are very tasty and the environment is also very elegant. It gives people a great dining experience and is definitely worth a visit.
This is a pork rib restaurant in Cork. The store is not big. Although we went there early, the seats and bar were basically full. In addition to pork ribs, many people also order steaks. The chef grills them on an open grill in the store, which is clearly visible and arouses the appetite of every diner.
After a ten-hour direct flight from San Francisco International Airport to Dublin via Air Lingus, I boarded AirCoach.ie bus 704X from Dublin Airport to Cork City Center. I visited several hotels and restaurants in downtown Cork during this trip, and I'd like to share my experiences for your travel planning. Moxy Cork is closest to the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars. A Marriott hotel, it opened in 2024 and boasts excellent facilities and service. Five-star recommendation! The River Lee Hotel, part of the Doyle Hotel Group, is close to University College Cork, a 10-minute walk away. It's situated along the river and offers a scenic boardwalk. The Montenotti Hotel, part of the Hilton family, is located on a hillside, further from the city center. Its decor is retro, old-fashioned, and it features a small, tranquil English-style garden, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and main dishes like omelets can be ordered a la carte. The hotel bar is also excellent. I tried two Redbreast whiskies, 12 and 15 years old, which prepared me for a visit to the Jameson Distillery. The Kingsley Hotel, a partner hotel of University College Cork, is a 15-minute walk from the campus. The hotel restaurant offers excellent service and a unique Irish atmosphere. Wandering around the city, I recommend visiting the English Market during the day to experience European market life. Some of the vendors selling fruits, vegetables, and meat are elderly, but their service is diligent and efficient. The second-floor restaurant is famous, and I recommend the local beef stew and seafood chowder. University College Cork is also located in the city. The fully open campus is particularly charming in autumn. The fallen leaves are colorful, and the students, who come from all corners of the world, are full of youthful energy. St. Finbarr's Church, near the campus, is a Cork landmark with centuries of history. Admission is 8 euros, and it is always crowded with devout Catholics. Cork city center is also home to a wealth of excellent restaurants. I tried the local specialty grilled fish at Orso, which was a delightful meal. Several other restaurants under the same restaurant group are located nearby, including Market Lane and Elbow Lane Brew and Smokehouse. Booking in advance is recommended, and I recommend trying the local beers: Murphy’s, Guinness, Beamish, and Elbow Lane are all excellent! #SpecialHotels #CityHumanitiesNotes #IrelandTravel #UniversityCork #CorkIreland
