El Gaucho has been famous for its romantic dining atmosphere and delicate and thoughtful service. As soon as you enter the restaurant, a handsome waiter in a suit vest will lead you to the dim dining room, patiently introduce you to the table with candles. There are popular red house steaks, New Yorker black pepper steak, and the two-person chateaubriand is a classic here, from the entrance-improvised steak to the traditional side dishes such as roasted asparagus and roasted potatoes are showing the top level of the restaurant.
