For us it was a surprise, we didn&#39;t think we could find a room so well-treated and pleasant fast and sympathetic service for the right price for food quality.

A pleasant and for no reason pretensive environment. Primary material of excellent quality. Sauvignon&#39;s calicia notable. I am sorry for a forgetful cook who served the anatre breast without the bottom. I am even more sorry that I did not notice it immediately because I would certainly have given the chef a way to remedy it. I feel compelled to come back to the point, but it was not only to cure both the faults (and to find out the name of the Sauvignon cantine).

Unfortunately, the menu was declared in voice, so it was impossible to understand when the ordered things and the drinks were cost. The same applies to the account ....a single item &quot;food &euro; 70,00&quot;. Consequently, the discount of TheFork was applied? Bho???!!!!

Piatti deliziosi e originali, alcuni presentati come speciali rivisitazioni ma sempre partire da prodotti locali e con uno sguardo all&rsquo; internazionalit&agrave;. Presentazione gradevolissima, personale di sala molto preparato e garbato! L&rsquo;amuse bouche in cucina con lo chef &egrave; stata molto interessante. Consigliatissimo!

Fascinating and tasty experience! Delicious and original dishes, some presented as special reviews but always starting from local products and with a look at internationality. The kitchen bucks with the cook were very interesting. Most advisable!

&Egrave; del tutto oggettivo riconoscere un&rsquo;elevata qualit&agrave; nell&#39;offerta presentata da Mogano: dalla ricerca in cucina sia nelle materie prime che nelle tecniche e negli accostamenti al piatto con gradevoli influenze fusion, alla location internamente molto curata e forte del servizio eccellente di Matteo, passando per un singolare ma al contempo estremamente valido e piacevole viaggio di accompagnamento di una birra Ritual Lab per piatto (menzione d&#39;onore alla Imperial Stout finale &quot;Papanero&quot; e alla American IPA &quot;Kush&quot;, davvero outstanding entrambe). Un&#39;esperienza indubbiamente da ripetere e di cui si apprezzano sia i ricercati dettagli che scaturiscono da una competenza notevole dello chef e del suo team, che  - pi&ugrave; in generale - il fil rouge di un pensiero foriero di un vero impegno dietro al tutto che d&agrave; un senso ed un&#39;identit&agrave; ben precisi al ristorante che ho apprezzato molto e non ho ritenuto mai un puro esercizio di stile ma sempre &ldquo;sul pezzo&rdquo;. La strada per Mogano &egrave; senza dubbio quella giusta, torneremo presto, bravi!

It is entirely objective to recognise a high quality in the offer of Mogano: from research in the kitchen in both raw materials and in techniques and in the approximations to the plate with ample fusion influence, to the very clean and strong location of the excellent service of Matteo, passing through a single but at the same time extremely valuable and pleasant trip accompanying a Ritual Lab beer for flat (refer to the Imperial Stout Final &quot;Papanero&quot; and American IPA &quot;Kush&quot;, really outstanding both). The experience of the chef and his team is, indeed, to be repeated and appreciated by both the detail that is sought and which is the result of a considerable competence of the chef and his team, which - more generally - is the red fil of a stupid thought of a real commitment behind all. The restaurant I appreciated and never thought it was a pure style exercise but always &ldquo;on the piece&rdquo;. The road to Mogano is certainly the right one, we will soon come back, good!
