M30***41Parking was easy enough. But keep in mind they have all the entrances at ground level blocked off “for your safety”. So you have to enter the building from the second level of the parking garage.
M30***41This place is a green, shady oasis in the middle of a bustling area. Although we could still hear the sounds of the city, we felt like we were in a secluded forest.
M32***23The hike is a good uphill 20 minute or so stroll. Tennis shoes are perfect. No need for high end walking or hiking gear needed. Its an open trail large enough to fit people going up and down without causing a fuss. B-E-A-UTIFUL waterfall and streams are an amazing reward. Spectacular and stunning views to relax in. Plenty of shade around the water. An amazing experience.

DominicEdison and Ford, the two big brothers who have been here for decades, the pioneering vision of inventors is by no means confined to the laboratory. In 1885, Edison spent US$2750 because he liked the warm weather and natural environment of Meersburg. I bought a 13-acre land at the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River and built a winter holiday manor for myself and my family. At that time, Fort Myers was just a seaside town with only a few hundred residents. Not only did he come on holiday every winter, Edison also bought the house next door to Henry Ford, the “king of cars” after Edison, and the two families went boating and fishing together to enjoy the beautiful scenery of southwest Florida. The manor’s museum displays their inventions and products that have changed the world and the process of civilization. The coolest part is to visit Edison’s plant research laboratory. The laboratory, which has been listed as a "National Historic Chemical Landmark", is filled with beakers and test tubes. The furnishings and atmosphere are no different from 90 years ago
