In this 5,000 square metre exhibition hall, all exhibits are taken off every six months, and new works are collected and exhibited to show "new dialogue". It has a permanent collection of works by Roy Lichtenstein, Claes Oldenburg and Joseph Beuys. There are often thematic exhibitions.
Although not comparable to Munich, Berlin, Dresden's art galleries/museums, but Frankfurt's most worth seeing art galleries/museums, if in Frankfurt and other airplane time there are wealthy recommendations to go here, walk from Central Station about 15 to 20 minutes.
The Museum of Modern Art is located in a triangular area north of the cathedral in downtown Frankfurt. It is a compact, complete and unique triangular building designed by the famous Austrian designer Hollyin. It is called a cake. It fills the gap in the urban structure and marks Frankfurt as an entrance to the center of the old city with a striking shape.
