Dalian Zhongshan Square

＂ Zhongshan Square ＂ is located at the intersection of 3 roads on Zhongshan Road, Nanjing Street and Beisi Road in Shenyang City. The square was built in 1913 and was called Central Square; in 1919 it was called Langsu Square; in 1946 it was renamed Zhongshan Square. Because financial institutions gather here, it is known as Shenyang ＂ The Bund ＂. The square has been built in 1910 ～ since 1945 with 8 European and Japanese-style buildings, namely: Dahe Hotel (now Liaoning Hotel); Yokohama Zhengjin Bank Branch (now Industrial and Commercial Bank Branch); Puppet Fengtian Police Station (now Shenyang Public Security Bureau); Japanese-funded Mitsui Building (now China Merchants Bank Sub-branch); Bank branch of North Korea (now Huaxia Bank Sub-branch); Toyo Tuoshi Co., Ltd. branch, Japan Kanto Army Command (now Shenyang General Labour Union) and Mantie Fengtian Local Office (now Shenyang Railway Bureau Public Security Department) etc.
