一帆风顺的吴红徐Mount Lu is the holy place of Taoism Taishang Laojun's land of immortality. Worth a visit, here is the temple of the Royal Architectural Level, dedicated to the Shakamoni Shari, carved beams and paintings, beautiful, magnificent, with five claws dragons on the pillars, the Tang Dynasty building of the stone towers quaint and solemn.
SwyhInteresting and fun, good scenery, high cost performance, overall great, life gave me a lot of wonderful opportunities, I successfully caught. Say love is too vulgar, say happy is too light, can only say that you seem to open in the spring breeze peach blossom. Here, I want the three mu of farmland south of the city, wait for the flowers to bloom, sit for you. The pillow is full of moldy dreams and people who can't have them. That's my evaluation of the Lanzhou Aquarium.
D32***30English speakers:Great museum. If you want an English speaking guide, this must be arranged a day in advance (and naturally paid for). some great catalogs in English, and a particularly superb/unusually comrehensive pottery collection. silk route objects also spectacular. Note many of the buddhist statues are reproductions. Nice cafe.

maomao 猫 猫Bring the children to play with the water, there are more people on the May Day holiday, waiting for an hour for the import key in the morning, just a few more exits, the buffet is too many people, waiting for half an hour to enter, you still need to grab a seat by yourself... There are too many people standing on the plate to eat, It's not as good to buy some food stalls outside. Fortunately, there are a lot of hot spring pools, the scenery is very beautiful! The children are very happy! I have to come back in the off-season in the future! The scenery is good, fun and fun,

The Rainbow Mountains of China within the Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park.
Landed at Lanzhou and we took 3 hrs bullet train to Zhangye, China.
The view was mesmerizing and i was immersed into its charm. Got bedazzled at every pit stops around the national park...
These colorful sandstones and conglomerates here were formed during Cretaceous age.
The colorful layers of lithologies are the sedimentation from the lakes and stream; Encountered series of tectonic events that caused the faultings, uplifiting... and today we can see all the colorful mineral of the rocks because of weathering and erosion.
These pictures were taken in Dunhuang, China where the silkroad lies. These are themed photos inspired by a fanmous Chinese Drama "Goodbye My Princess" . We also camped out on the desert and it was an incredible experience.
Camping Accomodation: Dunhuang Vivian Desert Camping
Transportation : Didi or taxi from the airport to the hotel (take note you wont go to the camping site right away because it will only start at 530 pm. ) You will be asked to go to a hotel first and leave your stuff, then just do anything you want. If you arrive early then definitely go to the Mogao Caves or a temple nearby.
We are very satisfied with the arrangment. The camp expenses was only around 350 for two people with sand dunes activities, hotpot buffet for dinner with an entertainment and a bonfire fun..
JUST message me if youre interested and I can connect you with the staff. 😊

Getting There - From Lanzhou you can either take a bullet train or fly there. Same if youre coming from Dunhuang or Jiayuguan.
Attractions - Apart from the Danxia Colourful Rainbow mountain you can also visit the Alien Valley and the Wetland Park. We recommend to atleast stay in Zhangye for 2 days so you can see multiple tourist sights. There are more rourist sights like Pingshan Lake and Binggou Canyons.
Hotels - Kaoshan Tent . We highly recommend this hotel/yurt. It is conveniently located near the rainbow mountain's entrance..
Food & Restaurants - There are options of restaurants outside the rainbow mountain and the hotel has an onsite restaurant too.
Shopping - Few shops outside the rainbow mountain. You can buy many types of souvenir items there.

Mati Temple was built in the Jin Dynasty, and features a series of grottoes that blend into the cliff face! In total there are 7 small grotto groups that stretch over 30km, and legend has it that this temple was so named because a sacred horse left a footprint in the rock here - which you can also see inside the temple!). Aside from the grottoes, the area itself is super beautiful, with lush greenery surrounding the entire area.

An ancient fortress amidst an arid landscape (somewhat)🏰
The Jiayuguan Pass is located in the northwest of Gansu Provinxe, and was a key hub for traffic passing along the Silk Road. Apart from the wall itself, which is part of the Great Wall, there are a few historical artefacts you can view!
We spent an afternoon walking along the wall, and it was so interesting to be able to walk along a part of the Great Wall that was not in Beijing!

An oasis in the middle of the dessert 🏝.
Like a mirage seen on a hot summer’s day, the dunes peek out from behind the high rise buildings, tempting you towards them. We spent the majority of the day exploring the stunning dessert landscape, where you can do anything from riding a camel or helicopter to paragliding and sand surfing. Or you know, just sit peacefully to enjoy the view 🧘🏻
🏝 Dunhuang is a pretty small city compared to many others in China, so to get to this beautiful oasis, you can walk (if you’re staying in a hotel nearby) or take a bus!
🏝 While the dunes are beautiful, and you could easily just spend an afternoon playing in the sand, if you want to take part in any of the on-site activities (helicopter ride, camel ride, ATV, paragliding, etc) you’ll need to pay extra.
🏝 If you’re happy to pay a higher premium for a helicopter ride, I’d thoroughly recommend it! While pricey, you get an incredible birds eye view of the lake itself.

Definitely thought the colours were not going to be as impressive as we’d hoped. While colours IRL were a little more muted than we had seen online, we were still blown away by the sprawling mountain scenery. ⠀
These mountains cover an area of over 200 square miles, and are made from Cretaceous sandstone and siltstone that boast a primarily ‘deep red’ colour. We were lucky enough to be staying at a nearby ‘campsite’ where a number of traditional Kaoshan tent (similar to that of a yurt) gave us shelter for the night and enabled us to see the mountains up close and personal as soon as the sun rose!⠀
📍Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park, Gansu Province, China
Price: 60 RMB for entry to the colourful hills (includes a 20 RMB sightseeing bus ticket)
Morning activities- Visit The Waterwheel Expo Park, also don't skip the river speed boat (50yuan/pax 20min). Sip a cup Hot Tea in the afternoon along the riverside while watching people riding the speed boat (20yuan per cup w/ unlimited hot water). Enjoy the 26inch Pizza on your Dinner and be amazed by the stunning Night View of the Yellow River Steel Bridge.
Before leaving the Lanzhou don't forget to try their delicacy -Lanzhou beef noodles.
The city if very small and much of it centres around a local market which is very quiet with most stalls closed at the moment. However, just a short taxi ride to Mingsha Mountain Crescent Spring which is also very quiet so a good time to visit and take part in camel riding, quad biking, buggy riding or sand dune climbing. You can also take in the beautiful scenery of the Pagoda and lake.
