Bar Provincias is in a small alley next to Plaza Bib-Rambla. It looks shameless, but it is a place where local friends meet and eat tapas. Today, I only drank a small glass of beer and included a small portion of paella for tapas, only 1.8 Euros. The paella tastes just right, not very salty, there are shrimp, fish and chicken too!
Photos of the owner’s family are displayed at the door, which shows that it is a family business. I saw the people next to the bar talking and laughing with the owner. There are old photos of the pub on the wall of the pub, and the decoration has an Andalusian flavor. The famous flamenco singing family Los Morentes in Granada is shown on TV.
If you like such a small store with character, you can joke with the owner!
The atmosphere is very good and cost-effective.
If you want to order, the recipe is in English.
