Bloedel Conservatory is great. Before you go around the dome, remember to take all guides, and follow them. Super fun, and tells you a lot. Give the Bloedel quite some time, because you will need to go around the dome at least 3 times. It's a little small, but worth going anyway.
Bloedel Conservatory is a domed lush paradise located in Queen Elizabeth Park atop the City of Vancouver’s highest point. More than 100 free-flying exotic birds, 500 exotic plants and flowers, and koi fish thrive within its temperature-controlled environment. A great place to take the kids on a rainy day.
One of those almost too easy to miss, quintessential stops in the grandeur Queen Elizabeth Park - a beautiful English garden blossoming landscapes of florals. First round of walking on the pathways in the dome, to admire the long-term residents of the bloedel - free-flying tropical birds of all types, among the luscious plantlife; second round to take ample pictures of these amazing creatures to keep in memory.
Love this place, its great for a rainy day.
