I chose Tzitzikas & Mermingas, not far from the hotel, which is a restaurant that operates traditional cuisines across Greece. Of course, it also has contemporary dishes, but I still choose those that follow traditional practices. I tried 2 restaurants on this day and found that Greeks liked the sour taste very much. Tomatoes and cheese often appeared in dishes, such as tomatoes, cheese and vegetables (Figure 2) at noon, as well as poached eggs, mince and bread (Figure 3). Greeks have a sweet taste with Turks. So I only ate one dessert at noon, which is very rare, and of course the restaurant is still quite good overall.
