Guang'anshimin Square

In the southern suburbs of Guang'an City, Shenlong Mountain Ba People's Castle was named after its sudden rise and winding shape of its mountains. It used to be the fortress of the ancient Ba State and a place of pilgrimage, blessings and sky watching. It was built with tens of thousands of stones and is also called the Stone City by the Ba people. The attractions include Nifeng City, Longmen Pass, and Tuzhou Lake.

The Foshou (Buddha's hand) Mountain Scenic Area is located in Guoshan Village, Xiexing Town, southwest of the Former Residence of Deng Xiaoping. It was named after the "Buddha's hand" for the large stone formation in the middle of the mountain shaped in the likeness of the Buddha's palm. At the foot of the mountain lies the Wei River which leads out towards the Qu River. At the half peak of Foshou Mountain lies the burial site for the ancestors of Deng Xiaoping's family. A new school, Beishan Elementary School, was opened in Xiexing Ancient Town, Guang'an County, while the former site of Beishan Elementary School is located inside the government building of Xiexing Town facing the old street. The wooden structures of the old residences and mottled walls exude a sense of the vicissitudes of history.

Foshou Mountain Scenic Area

Located in Paifang Village, Xiexing Town, Guang'an City, the Scenic Area of Deng Xiaoping’s Former Residence comprises attractions like Deng Xiaoping’s Former Residence, a wash inkstone pool, Hanlin Yard, Deng Residence Old Well and new buildings, such as an exhibition hall and a memorial hall. It is an attraction in memory of the great figure. The hall displays much writing, many photos and material objects of Deng Xiaoping from his work and life, including stories, some quite surprising.

思源广场，去了才知道真的是个好的去处，是小平故乡广安为纪念小平同志100周年诞辰所建，感觉很不错、规模大、特别是号称第一的青铜大鼎、渠江边的观景台能见到广安全景，和四川很多城市一样不但都有一条江同时还有山，有山有水、真山真水，令人陶醉。夜游思源广场，修的大，有饮水思源之意。这里是亚洲第三大喷泉，当然，这是号称，你懂得，中国人最爱搞这玩意，不过还是很牛逼，喷泉时间是每周六的晚上八点，持续15至20分钟，可看水上电影，很不错！

思源广场处处都体现着广安人民对邓小平的深深怀念，现在是广安市的地标建筑。世界上最大的青铜宝鼎——“实事求是”宝鼎是为纪念邓小平同志诞辰100周年建造的，宝鼎总高度10米，重41.8吨，鼎高8米，直径7.04米。整个广场很大，俯瞰思源大道，背靠渠江，小平同志的很多语录在广场随处可见。有时候这里晚上还有水幕电影很是壮观。
