"Very convenient to take the free shuttle bus from Hanxi Changlong metro station to the hotel. Chimelong Paradise amusement park and Circus are right next to the hotel, and you can take the shuttle bus to the zoo. Check-in was convenient and fast, even for foreigners. The hotel and theme parks were quite empty, but might be more crowded during peak season. The whole hotel is panda themed, so if you are not into pandas, this hotel is not for you... Great for families with kids, but also adults who enjoy funny theme hotels (like us). Everything down to details is very panda-related - we thought it was super fun. Details that we especially liked: the room had a foot massage machine that you can pay by QR code, it was very nice. Also room service can be ordered via QR code, not too expensive, food was good. All in all would recommend! "

"Stayed at the Hilton for two nights with my friends, from April 5-7 and it was a lovely experience. Staff were kind in helping me get settled. The pool is nice, but one thing I wish I knew before I booked the hotel was that around 11am the sun goes behind the hotel and there is no sun on the pool. I mainly came to use the pool, so keep this in mind if you want that too. You also need a cap to go into the pool, my hair was up but they wouldn’t let me in the pool. The breakfast was good, if you plan to go for breakfast, go before 9, as it was very busy when I went. When I was there, some food needed to be refilled, I love my cheeses and there were 3 left on a plate when I arrived. Eggs and beans were also cold. A few minor things from my perspective, but it was a nice stay. My room was also very nice and I had a lovely tub. The hotel asks you to bring your own toothbrushes, pastes, etc. so it’s eco-friendly. "

"My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons Guangzhou over the Easter weekend. Before checking into the hotel for our stay, I met with Carmen, the manager, who is very professional, and Shigar and Wudy from the Guest Experience team to assist me with arranging flowers, balloons, sparkling wine, etc., for our romantic staycation. I could also view several rooms to get the view and layout I wanted for my stay, opting for a ‘Deluxe King Suite River View,’ which was excellent. Gary in the Mondo restaurant reserved us the best table for our lunch, breakfast, and lunch again over the two days we stayed at the hotel, and the service from him and his team was impeccable. On my next visit, I would request to speak with Carmen, Shigar, or Wudy to get the best experience and recommend anyone to visit the Four Seasons Guangzhou, which Forbes verifies as one of the finest properties in the world. "

"I love this hotel and the location. The hotel staff is very helpful, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile for their visitors. Johnnie was especially helpful for me and my son. He made the entire‘s day very easy, comfortable and convenient. The location is beautiful and very close to a lovely park. The breakfast is delicious and has both Chinese and western options. There are many activities for kids to do and also many amenities for adults, like afternoon tea and complementary cocktail. Only thing I would change about this hotel is their air-conditioning policy. The night I was there I felt a little bit hot and wanted to turn the air conditioning a bit stronger. I was told by their customer service that I could not do that because then other guests would be uncomfortable. I think they have different air conditioners for each room, so I’m not sure if her explanation was true. Either way that was kind of disappointing. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back! "

"The check-in process was extremely fast, usually takes a while foreigners at other places. The concierge (Lu) was kind enough to show us to our room, answer all questions about dinner, breakfast, bars and the entertainment available. He took us inside and even showed us how the hot tub works. At dinner, the food was mainly chinese with a few western options like steak, roast beef and sausages etc. The foods quality is very high and quite good for a buffet. The only downside to the resort is the lack of bars, there's no room service that brings you cocktails to enjoy in your private hot spring, but you can obviously buy it from the main bar and take a dabao cup to your room. The hot spring options were quite good, lots of different oils like lavender, lemon, wine etc Breakfast was good, again mostly chinese with a few western options. At every point, the service that we received from the staff was amazing. Pilgrim kept in contact with us through the day and continued to help us even just to book a spa treatment (which was also amazing) I have nothing but great things to say about the place. Highly recommend"

"A very nice getaway from Guangzhou. Perfectly clean and comfortable rooms. I loved their room design. Hot springs were so relaxing! Next to the river, surrounded by green hills. I will definitely try to come back when I get a chance The only down point for us was hotel’s restaurant. It had very few food choices for dinner. Even less options for vegetarians. We told restaurant staff we didn’t eat meat and specifically asked them to show us which dishes on the menu were vegetarian. Our string beans dish still came with slices of pork in it. I would expect a 5 start hotel to offer a better menu and cater better to customers’ requests. Breakfast buffet was good. But not good enough for a 5 start hotel. Still, I don’t know a better getaway place around Guangzhou. And would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a relaxing escape from the city"

"Booked 2 nights but ended up spending a week there. The stuff were very polite right from front desk to the janitors. The room were also well kept. Breakfast was great but not diverse. We found it amazing that they actually do your laundry at no extra cost which was very convenient since we were traveling with a 16mo baby. Overall, I’ll always look out for Atour Hotels."

"Stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights. Absolute professionalism from the moment I checked in. All at reception were very welcoming. Room was perfect. Non smoking room higher up where the evening sun shines perfectly through the window. Perfect size room, nice and clean and a strong shower. The cleaning staff were also very professional and smiling. Breakfast was delicious. A wide variety of western and chinese offerings. I eat a light breakfast so it was a delight to see a variety of cereals on offer. Coffee was strong and perfect and got me on my way. All in all a pleasant stay. Infact for the price this Hotel is definitely worth more. I felt like I got a bargain! Worth every penny. Recommended 5 stars! "
