Follow the yellow bloom road!
This was at least the fifth time I've been to Yangshuo and every time I see something new. Last year I went during the rainy season, in June, and there was a flood; we had a relaxing day playing cards in the hotel and eating instant noodles. This year we were there at the end of February and it was perfect because the 油菜花 rapeseed flowers were blooming everywhere. Blue skies, green hills, yellow fields. We cycled along the Yulong River to Fuli and it was a perfect day: mild weather, spring blossoms and joyful signs of life everywhere. Yangshuo is always beautiful but this is definitely a good time of year to go, just before the spring rains.

In the autumn of the Yulong River, the most beautiful is the paddy field by the river. The golden rice ear is yellowed and beautiful along the road. Whether you are riding or riding a bamboo pole, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road. The rice along the way from the beginning of September began to yellow and continued until 10 years. The Yulong River in the autumn is also the coolest season. There is no wet and cold in the winter, and there is no hot summer in the summer. The autumn is the most beautiful season. From time to time, you can still encounter the beautiful sunset like the burning cloud.
[Spring Yulong River: Ink painting of green water Qingshan]
Yulonghe is a punching point for people who are going to Yangshuo, or they are driving, but many people dont know that the most beautiful Yulong River is in the early morning. At 7 o'clock in the section of Fuli Bridge, where the local farmer's bamboo sticks are staying, if you know the locals, they will use your own bamboo poles to take you to a no-man Yulong River, to hear the water flowing, the birds on both sides. The sound is constant, the cool breeze in the morning, watching the bamboo poles push open the water surface, just like breaking the reality into the ink illusion, sucking a breath of air, not to pay the spring time.
The Yulong River in Yangshuo is the longest tributary of the Minjiang River in Yangshuo County. The scenery on both sides of the river is beautiful. The peaks of the mountains and rivers are undulating. It makes up one of the most powerful Chinese ink landscape painting. There is no trace of artificial carving. There is no urban ambiguity. Everything is so primitive, natural, simple and pure. The best way to enjoy Yulong River is to take a bamboo rafting or self-driving. Bamboo rafting is basically sitting on bamboo poles roped together and watching the scenery on both sides. If you go by car, you can go further along the river and enjoy more of the scenery.
Yulong River is a tributary of the Li River in Yangshuo. Compared with the scenery of the Li River, Yulong River has a more gentle scenery and is known as the “Little Li River”. Bamboo rafting on the Yulong River is worth a visit. You can ride bamboo rafts between mountains and rivers to enjoy the beautiful landscapes on both sides of the river. In addition, you can walk along the river, or ride a bicycle and enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable journey.
