Xilai Temple covers an area of 2184 square meters. The temple is large in scale, simple and elegant. It is a typical Chinese Buddhist temple among the well-preserved ancient temples in Qinghai. The main building in the temple is built on the central axis facing north to south. It consists of a gate, a nave, a main hall, and an east-west two-door pavilion. The courtyard is shaded by green trees and is lined with vermillion pillars and stone green buckets in the corridors of the temple. . The gate is 3 rooms wide, 1 frame deep, with a porch in the middle and the four clay sculptures on the east and west.
The temple architecture is very distinctive, and the surrounding environment is also very beautiful and elegant, which is of great ornamental value!
It's better and highly recommended. Everyone has a look. It's really good. . .
Facing the Liujiang River, Xilai Temple is one of the surviving ancient temples in Liuzhou. The name of the temple is from the west of Tianzhu or the Buddhist scriptures from the west. Many believers go to the temple to burn incense on the first and fifteenth day of the Lunar New Year. Especially on New Year’s Eve to midnight on the first day of the Lunar New Year, many people will go to the temple to wait to burn incense.
Xilai Temple is located in the downtown area of Ledu. It is also the location of the Cultural Relics Administration of Ledu District and Ledu District Museum. There are still some buildings left, and not many tourists come. The most famous here is the 24 water and land paintings of Xilai Temple, which are national first-class cultural relics and are now in the Qinghai Provincial Museum.
