So crazy being able to see right where the shooting happened. Lots of signs and monuments to understand the full history.
Dedicated to President John F. Kennedy who was shot and killed just a block away from here in Dallas on November 22, 1963, the monument is a large white cenotaph that represents the tragedy in a solemn yet appropriate manner. Information is posted in and around the monument to educate visitors about the events. The Sixth Floor Museum and Dealey Plaza are also nearby, so this is an important part of the JFK tour if you're a history buff.
