    Important cultural wealth

    Original Text

It is a brick-painted residence and shop built in 1901, and it is an inflammable building like Hakodate, which has been hit by many great fires, and has become an important cultural property of the country. There are udatsu on the left and right by incorporating Western-style arch, and it seems that he has actually escaped the great fire. It was really a merchant building.

It is an important cultural property of the country.

    Original Text

It is a Tachikawa family residence in Hakodate city. I went by tram because it is far from Hakodate station. The building was built in the Meiji era and has been designated as a national important cultural property. The profound appearance of the white walls is quaint. The pamphlet that I got for free is said to be lit up at night.

Perfect for port town. The cafe is temporarily closed

    Original Text

The building of the former Tachikawa family in the Meiji era was operated as a cafe, but it is now closed for store repairs. I heard from the regional exchange center that it will be revived after the repair is completed. It is a newly designated important cultural property.

    Cafe

    Original Text

It was a Western-style building and it was a cafe. I went there on Monday, but it was a regular holiday. I could see the inside with glass, but it looks like a normal cafe. There were chairs outside, so there are Tarres seats. huh?

The Japanese and Western eclectic building of the port opening merchant in the late Meiji period is now a cafe restaurant

    Original Text

It is excellent among the few Dozo-zukuri stores in Hakodate City, and it is valuable as a typical port opening merchant in the late Meiji period, which mixed Japanese and Western methods in the design and flat structure inside and outside.
