We arrived at the entrance shortly after 3pm and no staff saw themselves able to accept us as entry was only allowed at 3pm. The nature of the rejection and the lack of flexibility (we would certainly complete the tour during the opening hours) were frightening. Here, satisfaction may not be worth it. Also, very dirty in the parking lot and entrance area, there are many empty bottles around. Overall not good.
