TripAdvisor is the first restaurant in Hanoi, hidden in a small alley, close to the church. In Vietnam, I ordered a traditional Vietnamese package with a drink with my friends. I bought a single total of 900K, which is much cheaper than the magic capital. The Vietnamese food is made in the west, and the taste is just like that, and the serving speed is quite slow. But the service is super good, and there is no service fee, of course I gave a tip. The environment is OK, there is no scenery around. Overall a satisfactory meal, suitable for couples.
